Communication was very clear throughout the whole process. The service dpt. was able to quickly verify the issue with my truck was covered under the extended warranty plan I had purchased. The parts were ordered and came in within a few days. The whole process took less than a week. I am very happy with the service provided.

I have had my truck at your Durant facility 3 times.
I have had my truck at your Durant facility 3 times. first time it's was leaking oil when you finished the oil change, Secind time there were oily hand prints around the hood, final and last time you scratched the paint. your shop is the dirtiest shop Inhave ever seen inside.

Prompt and courteous.
Prompt and courteous. I mentioned that my windshield sprayers were just spitting cleaner out rather than spraying and asked if they could check them for me. They checked them out and cleaned out the lines for them to spray like they were supposed to be and didn't charge me anything for the service.
