I had a very disappointing experience with Honda of New Rochelle. I purchased a 2024 Honda Odyssey Touring on 12/21/2025, and after the sale the dealership failed to follow through on several promises. I was told I would receive replacement floor mats, help with the passenger-side door damage, and a refund for the fee difference, but none of this was properly resolved. I was also told that a $946 check had been sent, but I still have not received it. I made repeated calls and follow-ups over many months, but the communication was poor and the issues remained open. I expected much better honesty, follow-through, and customer service.

After three years of leasing Honda Accord Touring from New Rochelle Honda, I again leased a new 2026 Honda Accord Touring this week. It was the customer focused care and support of Crystal Ortiz and her Manager Roberto that made the difference. Crystal is a first class sales rep with knowledge of Honda cars and admirable attention to the concerns of customers. From day one to the end, she gave me excellent service. So did the Honda Finance Manager, Olecia, who guided me with her finance expertise to smoothly close the lease. Thank you, Honda New Rochelle, for having such first class staff! Bisrat Aklilu

Brought my car in for service after recovering my car from being stolen. Car was returned with scratches on the passenger side of the vehicle after the service team fixed the locks on my vehicle. When I spoke to the service manager he was argumentative and did not provide a solution. A few hours after leaving Honda, I was alerted that there was an airtag tracking me from 10:30am (when I arrived to get my vehicle from Honda of new rochelle). Someone from the service department placed an airtag in my car after servicing the car. I will not be returning to Honda to get any services for my car. I do not trust them nor do I feel safe. After my Lease i will never purchase a car from Honda of New rochelle again. Ive been with Honda for 7 years now. And this experience has truly been so disappointing.

After some initial problems trying to put down a deposit to hold the car for a day until I could come test drive, Javier Figueroa finally facilitated that with a credit card. Then dealing with salesperson Alan Cervantes was pretty straightforward. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Compared to other used car dealers they offered a low doc fee of $175. My only criticism is that some minor paint and plastic scratches and a nick on a tire sidewall could have been disclosed on the listing, but Alan did have it detailed which took care of most of the scratches and the tire nick. Overall I was very happy with the car, and the price!

I have gotten 6 cars from Honda of New Rochelle. I have worked with many sales associates there. Most recently Jaylene Rivera was exceptional. She made the whole process very fast and easy. I highly recommend asking for her when you head into this dealership.

Very efficient and professional. I’d buy 10 cars from him. He was very encouraging and helpful with my many questions and concerns. I wasn’t optimistic on entering , however I left with a vehicle all because of Carl Reid! Thank you sir!

I had a very poor experience with this dealership and their apparent dishonesty. A bit of background.. I live 1 hour and 40 minutes away and contacted them because they had an Accord Hybrid Touring that I was looking for. It would be worth the drive because of how hard this particular car was to find. I spoke to one of their sales reps over the phone the day before I visited the dealership. They were friendly and helpful.. so I thought. I explained that I was quite a bit of distance from them, and wanted to buy the car the following day. I didn't even need financing, so it was an easy sale for them. To confirm that the car was not sold, I called the morning I was leaving. They put me on hold and confirmed the car was not sold and it would be held "to the side" for me until I got there. Upon arriving, I met with a different sales rep than who I spoke to the day before. He tried to upsell me on financing, which I didn't need... I asked them to go over the numbers with me prior to looking at the car, because I wanted to confirm the price etc. I started getting a feeling something was not quite right. The sales rep did not want to go over the number until I saw the car... and "liked it".. So, they had to go get the car from the other location, which was about 2 minutes up the road. I waited for over 30 minutes when the sales rep came back and told me that they don't actually have that car, the car was never there, and it was erroneously entered into their system. They told me the VIN didn't match the trim level. Later I entered the VIN into Honda's VIN checker and it was the exact trim that I traveled down for. So in the end.. I drove 1 hour and 40 minutes for a car that didn't exist. They never had that car according to them, nor did they actually "check" if the car was there the day before or even the morning of my appointment. The thing that was very frustrating was that they knew I was driving almost 2 hours and they had no hesitation about letting me think that car was there, when it wasn't. I would not recommend this dealership.
