Honda of New Rochelle

The dealership is not professional nor good to deal with at all, i spoke with a guy called rodrigo on the phone and told him the OTD that i got at another honda dealership, he said "we will beat it if you come in" so i went in and they are higher than the number by 1500 saying its the best they can do and it was a long drive to get there. do not trust the people who speak to you over the phone because 9/10 you will get xxxxed over.

This is the second car our family has purchased at Honda of New Rochelle. We have had a spectacular experience both times.

I would recommend the dealership based on my experience with the sales person. Alan Cervantes. He made the process of purchasing a car an extremely pleasant and enjoyable experience. Not only was he cordial,courteous and spent an exorbitant amount of time answering all questions. He is highly knowledgeable about the Honda CVR. TWo points stood out in our business dealings. Alan followed up in a friendly and cordial manner without ever coming across as the Stereotype Pushy Car Salesman. The second point after we discussed garage door openers, after the CVR was sold,he spent time looking up other Options for us. Last, but not least, I am a Retired Senior Vice President of Sales for a major tabletop company and if still working would have graciously had no reservations about recommending him for a position in our company if it turned out to be a mutual fit. I had a very disappointing experience with Honda of New Rochelle. I purchased a 2024 Honda Odyssey Touring on 12/21/2025, and after the sale the dealership failed to follow through on several promises. I was told I would receive replacement floor mats, help with the passenger-side door damage, and a refund for the fee difference, but none of this was properly resolved. I was also told that a $946 check had been sent, but I still have not received it. I made repeated calls and follow-ups over many months, but the communication was poor and the issues remained open. I expected much better honesty, follow-through, and customer service.

After three years of leasing Honda Accord Touring from New Rochelle Honda, I again leased a new 2026 Honda Accord Touring this week. It was the customer focused care and support of Crystal Ortiz and her Manager Roberto that made the difference. Crystal is a first class sales rep with knowledge of Honda cars and admirable attention to the concerns of customers. From day one to the end, she gave me excellent service.
