Friendly, accommodating, efficient, professional staff

Friendly, accommodating, efficient, professional staff that made my wife’s purchase experience enjoyable. Vincent was very kind, listened to what my wife was looking for in a vehicle and went over options and brought up a HR-V to test drive going over features making sure she was comfortable before the test drive. When we returned they had evaluated and had an offer for our trade in which was low initially but they worked with us and got to where we were happy. Eric was a hoot in financing and while we got the paperwork taken care of Vincent got the HR-V all ready to go, warmed up and right beside our trade in so switching over our stuff was quick and easy. Looking forward to working with Brown Honda going forward.

Brown Honda - Johnny

Johnny was great to work with, staff was kind, financial manager was respectful. Buying a new car can be a lot to juggle, but the staff made it much easier. I am someone that likes to move through tasks with clear, concise, and efficient processes....and they made that happen. Thank you to the team, I would recommend! :)

Oil Change

I came in for an oil change. I was treated very nicely and respectfully. I was able to get my car in right away and the whole process was very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend Brown Honda for excellent service! And they washed my car!! 😊😊

10% senior discount

Brown as listed on their website a Senior 10% discount, however, if you are not aware of this cost savings and they do not tell you. I find this unacceptable! Finding out about this discount after the service and not being informed by the service writer seems to be somewhat out of the ordinary and not a friendly process to a Brown Honda customer. In today's "out of this world" cost of everything due to the pandemic of CV-19, supply chain, bad economic management by government, and with inflation greater than 1978 poses a question? Wouldn't I be a little more conscious of my customer base. l would ask this question if I am a business owner, and wanting to treat my customer base as important, especially the senior portion of my business, would I not make an effort to inform them of this available discount at the time of writing the service order?.

Hi Ron, thanks for your feedback about your experience. The senior citizen and military discounts are currently part of our internet specials, which is why they are only displayed on our website. We switch discounts out each month so they may not always be the same each visit. For this reason, our service advisors do not list off all of our coupons to every customer during their service, because as stated above, these are internet specials. Great Service At Brown Honda

Jeff in the Service Dept. did an outstanding job handling our problem with our 2018 Honda CRV. I’m 100% satisfied. We had a dead battery which they replaced with a new one while doing a diagnostic test.

Have professional inspection before buying

Purchased a used car with help from AC. AC was very helpful and performed everything very professionally. We live 98 miles from Brown Honda dealership. I test drove vehicle and was very pleased with everything. We purchased the vehicle on January 6, 2023. On our 98 mile return home, we heard a flapping noise which we could not locate. Drove car to local auto maintenance shop for schedule to inspect. Before returning home, 1/2 of the passenger front fender liner fell off. Happy with car, I question the dealership integrity. No return trip for $255 repair, lesson learned.
