Scheduled an appt over a month out. Was billed for only 1.5hrs of work but I had to sit there for over 5hrs waiting on it. Service was rude and inconsiderate about my wait time. What’s the point of having an appt if it’s not going to be worked on when it’s scheduled to? Also the prices are way higher than Bill Estes. Will not be going back.

The service people were exceptional.

The service people were exceptional. I just can’t believe that the radio cannot be fixed or isn’t covered Due to the flaw that they told me it had. Saying I have to buy a whole new radio for over $2100 is really a bit ridiculous. But again the service people were exceptional.

Mark was very helpful and detailed.

Mark was very helpful and detailed. I was disappointed with how long it took my car to get serviced, but Mark listened to my concerns about it and provided great communication and service.

Took 4 months to get my truck back.

Took 4 months to get my truck back. Felt like them took their time and didn’t care That I needed my truck back that I was still paying for. They didn’t have any rental cars so I had to go buy a cheap car to get me to work. Their communication is horrible Héctor they were saying I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone
