Salesperson was nice, but the financing manager was a xxxxx. Never took me seriously as a buyer. Should not have a car on the lot without cleaning it up first. Made an “As-Is” offer and got shot down immediately! Would not recommend this dealership to a friend nor enemy!

I had to be without a vehicle for 9 days before they were

I had to be without a vehicle for 9 days before they were able to look at it. Then it didn't even take a day to fix. I've picked it up, and still not sure if it's fixed. They say it's going through a learning process

My suv was rushed, I didn't get to test drive. I was irritated. And now all the s9 called inspection..things are broke, battery needs jumped. I could of kept my old car with just bad rear brakes

This is for the sales department, not service.

This is for the sales department, not service. I've worked with tr several department for many years and are wonderful. Went to look at te charger. Decent car, but had some issues. Asking 13k, but with the issues, more like a 9-10k car. The salesman and used car manager were very pushy. We explained our situation. They were not willing to work with us, or negotiate on price. We immediately went to the next car on our list at Andy Mohr Nissan. Not only did we find a much nicer car with 60k miles less, but they listened to our situation. They held the car with a down payment, allowed us to use our own financing, and came down on price. I would not recommend York CDJ sales department at all. Rather rude. It's the typical new/used sales you think with a large dealership.
