Paul, did a great job helping me out with my situation.

Paul, did a great job helping me out with my situation. He did everything he could to get me into what I wanted, I’m so grateful and thankful for him. I was in a hurry to get into my new truck so I can get back on the road and get something’s done. He helped me do just that and again I’m grateful for him, and his team for helping me out and doing everything they could to get me a approval. I’m recommending anyone that needs a new car to go to York and ask for Paul!

The oil change was fast and the service members was informative and polite. But my oil change gauge was not reset in my car and I'm upset to learn that the package I purchased will expire in a few months before I will be ready for my next oil change. Bummer.

While there was a little bit of right hand not knowing

While there was a little bit of right hand not knowing what the left was doing when I called to check on the vehicle status, everything else was great. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and got my vehicle fixed in 48 hrs even though other places around couldnt get me in to the shop for 4-5 weeks. Happy with service will be back if I need additional services.

I have always taken my vehicle’s in for service.

I have always taken my vehicle’s in for service. I purchased my Jeep Patriot there as well about six years ago. We have purchased most of our vehicles here. Pacifica, Dodge truck, Chrysler 200 and Jeep Patriot. Had some problems with this service but I had left a happy customer.

RIP OFF!!

Another Stealership living up to its name, service department ripped me off.... brought a used truck in to tell me what issues it has and how much to fix everything...guess what...very very very basic inspection, my mother could've done better. Not to mention the stuff they missed, very important things, like no parking brake, not on the report...check engine light....yes its on, that's what the report said, LOL. $200 FOR NOTHING!! I'm beyond speechless at this service and treatment.
