They tried ripped me off. Blow head gasket but they want me to replace the whole engine cost me 11k on their estimate. They said I save more money. How do I save money when taking my head cylinder to machine cost 260 to reconditioned and spent couple hundred on radiator and head gasket and also manifold. Compared to a $11,850.00. I also started talking with the first guy $1,700.00 for both side end up $1,500.00 for one side and I have to provide for everything. Talk with 4 different people. Takes 6 to 7 weeks to get a final quote. They said to paid 135 later to check it which I told them I can pay it now but they said pay it later. The Next day they call me back I have to pay 600 to check my car. Once I pay it they will take my car in same day I pay. so I paid it took a whole week and couple days to check my car. They said sorry their tech have to redo one of the car. They open the head cylinder didn’t flush the coolant which is the first thing to do before taking the head cylinder off. So the worse part is they took the head cylinder off the coolant went in the block and they let it sit for weeks and it started to rusted they keep saying they will clean it and than I argue with one of the guy say they been doing it. So it tells me that can’t trust them thought they are professional they no better but guess it a different story. They said they won’t guarantee cause I don’t want to replace my engine so no refund if my car broke. so I decided to tow my car and do it myself which I can guarantee my own work. I only took my car there cause I don’t have a garage and time to fix it I work night shift but they already give me motivation to do it myself. I feel bad for people that don’t know anything about cars.
