Richard and Steve Really helped my family They did an amazing job fixing our van. They were very professional - constant communication letting us know the status of our vehicle. They completed the work in plenty of time- we could take our van on our family vacation. We would definitely recommend York's, service department.

At check in the tech was unable to get her iPad to work.
At check in the tech was unable to get her iPad to work. Car behind me was checked in promptly and in waiting room by another tech before she could pull up my car on iPad. Requested oil change and tire rotation. I was charged for both and paid for both but the rotation was not done. And inspection sheet was inaccurate for tire tread. Went back and complained. They ended up reinspecting and doing rotation. It is concerning that you charge for a service and don’t do it. Hard to trust this dealership going forward.
