Awesome customer care. I had a last minute decision to get my oil changed. I went in and waiting about 30 minutes or less in your spacious waiting area. It was fantastic!

Everyone that I dealt with either got let go or quit.
Everyone that I dealt with either got let go or quit. so I got tossed around to a lot of different people. Was very unhappy with how the situation was handled. I ordered a brand new Jeep and put a deposit down and when I went and financed it the deposit wasn’t on my paper work at all so it got filed without it on there. Had to call multiple times to see what they were going to do about it and got the run around. Also I have signed a paper that doesn’t belong to me and I have left the finance guy multiple voice mails asking him to call me back about it and I still am waiting on a return call. It’s very frustrating and I won’t be buying another vehicle from this dealership again. I also traded in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and wasn’t pleased with how they handled that at all. I was told I would get a check the next day and to just come in and pick it up. I came in the following day and they said they didn’t have it and to come back the next day. So I did that and again didn’t have it. I finally got ahold of a manager that is apparently not there anymore and he was extremely nice about it and told me what was going on. So over all my experience with your dealership has been horrible. The guy that I ended up with was trying to set my phone up to my Jeep and it wasn’t working so he started deleting things I have bluetooth at home and to other vehicles. I don’t feel like that was something he should be doing at all. I really liked the guy I first started out with,Jason Burt. Jason and Bryce Toll were the only ones that I really liked there and that helped me out the most.
