Disappointed!

Disappointed!! I had an 8:00am appointment that I placed over a week prior, so I dropped my Jeep off at 7:45 and placed the keys in the drop box. When I called around noon to check on my vehicle I was told I would get a call when the person came back from lunch. At 1:45 I got a phone call regarding the wrong vehicle. Needless to say my vehicle was still sitting where I dropped it off at!! Unsatisfactory!!

Miguel was able to get me in and have service performed

Miguel was able to get me in and have service performed quickly allowing me to stay and wait instead of being inconvenienced the whole by not having my truck.

Customer service was terrible.

Customer service was terrible. I brought my car in for service, telling them what needed done by 130 my vehicle hadn’t been looked at. This was after o month to get in. The parts I needed would take 4-5 days to get in. I told them I would let them know and proceeded to pick up my vehicle. I knew I needed certain parts there was I need for a diagnostic scan. They charged me for that and left the blower motor laying in my floorboard of my Jeep.
