Requested a price for a fuel sending unit , person never got back to me. I called back and talked to another person about the fuel sending unit and they never got back to me. Will take my business to another dealer.

Not top fluids off, washer , antifreeze.
Not top fluids off, washer , antifreeze. Didn’t reset oil lifespan gauge. Thought oil changes included this.? Plus oil handprints on the steering wheel.

Not very efficient and doesn’t let customers know that the truck is done when they do an oil change they go to lunch and leave you sitting in the waiting room

Went in got a quote. Come back and handed my keys over. I went on with my day, came back when it was done and paid. Nice and simple
