Rodney Taylor was very friendly and helpful. The dealership needs to take more pride in their inventory. I know that there is a currently a shortage of used vehicles but I feel that many dealerships don’t care about the quality of inventory and the consumer because they know that the customers are desperate. In my search for vehicles I felt like I was pressured to purchase vehicles that were dirty and not aesthetically in good condition. I can’t wait until inventory catches back up with demand so that the consumer is treated fairly.

This young man will not only have you smiling from the minute he talks to you, he makes sure you do all the way through the process. He may have only a few years experience. But, he could teach the older guys a thing or two on how to treat a customer during and after the sale. Rodney is a definite asset to your dealership. Employees were pleasant and courteous. I brought my truck in for a airbag recall and the service deptartment was unable to complete the recall because they didn't have all the parts needed besides that I was satisfied
