I rarely give bad reviews, but after giving Grand Motors
I rarely give bad reviews, but after giving Grand Motors a month to respond appropriately, I feel I must. On August 17, 2024, my wife and I drove 103 miles from Chattanooga, Tennessee to Grand Motors in Kennesaw to purchase a 2022 Acura MDX my wife found online. During the brief test drive, everything seemed fine. However, once we drove back to Chattanooga, my wife noticed a troubling issue with the brakes—they pulsated whenever she applied them. I tested the vehicle the next day and confirmed the problem. Considering the salesperson claimed the brakes were new, we initially hoped it would resolve itself. Unfortunately, the situation quickly worsened. By Monday, the brake pulsation had become more severe, so we immediately contacted Grand Motors. Their solution? Drive the 103 miles back to the dealership to have their service department—who had already resurfaced the brakes—look at them again. Despite being aware of the issue, they downplayed the danger and insisted the car was safe to drive. This showed a blatant disregard for our safety. We refused to take such a risk and instead took the car to Acura of Chattanooga, where it was found that all four brake rotors had been improperly resurfaced, removing the protective coating and rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive. The repair cost was $1,037.88, which was due to Grand Motors’ negligence. Even with this diagnosis from a certified mechanic, Grand Motors continued to deflect responsibility. The salesperson promised that his manager, Sonny, would contact us, but despite multiple follow-ups, we were completely ignored. After weeks of stalling, they finally offered a paltry $210, claiming that’s what it would have cost them to fix the issue. This was an insult and a complete failure to take accountability for their unsafe practices. Grand Motors’ disregard for safety, poor communication, and lack of professionalism make it clear they care more about cutting costs than the well-being of their customers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Grand Motors to anyone.

Best car buying experience we have ever had.
Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. They payment and interest all matched up. Our buying experience was absolutely great. Everything they told us and promised us was accurate and they even gave us a full tank of gas.

I purchased a car from Grand Motors in Kennesaw on
I purchased a car from Grand Motors in Kennesaw on January 20th. Initially, I was pleased with my purchase, but my experience has since soured significantly. During the purchase, my salesperson, Joshua, offered me a deal of paying $800 a month for the Mercedes. However, once we got into the advisement room with the financial people, the monthly payment unexpectedly increased to $1,291. This was tremendously different from what I had agreed upon, but I was already excited and accepted it. On the day of purchase, the battery was in critical condition and a tire error was showing. Joshua assured me that it just needed to be driven around a bit. However, they ultimately had to replace the battery, which took weeks to schedule because they were “so busy.” Additionally, the tire issue, which Joshua said just needed a little air because the car had been sitting in the showroom, turned out to be much more severe. All four tires were bad and dry-rotted. As of today, May 28th, I have already encountered numerous other issues. Last week, I took my car for service at Mercedes and was shocked by the findings. I was informed that I already needed an oil change, despite having the car for only a few months. Additionally, both rear tires are bald and need replacing. Even more concerning, I need new spark plugs, new brakes, and new rotors because my current brakes are metal to metal. On top of all this, my air conditioning went out today, and it's not a freon issue or anything simple. Every time I called for assistance, I was told that it’s just wear and tear. After only four months? Seriously?? They mentioned that I purchased the highest warranty and could take it to any luxury service place to fix my air conditioning, but at this point, there have been no call backs or anything. They clearly don’t care. This level of wear and tear on a recently purchased vehicle is unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard from Grand Motors. It’s clear that the car was not properly serviced or inspected before being sold. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would caution anyone considering buying a car from Grand Motors to think twice and ensure they thoroughly check the vehicle before purchase.

Wish I would've read the other reviews before shopping
Wish I would've read the other reviews before shopping here... very similar experience to the others. These folks make a bunch of empty promises and cut corners. An even WORSE customer service experience after you purchase. Try to get any questions answered post-purchase and they'll completely ignore you. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

OK, I usually don't leave reviews unless I think it helps
OK, I usually don't leave reviews unless I think it helps a buyer make a purchase decision, or the seller achieve the recognition they deserve. In this case, it will be the earlier and not the later. Buyers beware! I have given these guys a chance to make good, but I got no response. I flew in from out of state to purchase a vehicle that appeared to be in great shape in the photos. Was ensured everything was copacetic, and that the dealer performs a 140-point mechanical inspection before used vehicles get listed for sale. There wouldn't be any issues, I was told. Once I made it to the dealer, after a crappy flight and a one and a half hour Lyft ride, I got to see the car. I must be honest, the car looked good, paint was OK interior nice and clean for its age. However, on the test drive I realized the engine wasn't running right, some of the switches weren't functional, such as the mirror adjuster switch, pass window switch, etc. The vehicle had a loud audible clunk in the rear right as well! Trunk and hood struts were gone too. Regardless, I had asked for some money back, since the car was not as advertised but got nothing. I was caught between a rock and a hard place; all rental shops were closed, and I decided to take the car. Stopped for lunch and after 5 miles of driving the CEL came on together with a bunch of other lights. We limped home the thousand or so miles and then I took the vehicle to the mechanic to get it sorted. The worst part here is that Grand Motorcars used a OBD reader to erase the codes that the vehicle presented, so that they could charge as much as they could for the vehicle and present it as trouble free. In the end, I ended up spending hundreds to get the car proper, and I still have to figure out the issue with the rear suspension. I called them and asked for some form of compensation, but once you sign on the dotted line, you're f*****. All who shop there, make sure you get the cars checked by independent mechanics before you purchase. My understanding is that the vehicles come from auction lots, and they all have some sort of problem regardless. I hope Grand Motorcars come to their senses. My first and only impression is that the owner and the managers are unscrupulous people who only look out for the bottom line. What a f****** shame.

First off, let me say that I hate to leave negative
First off, let me say that I hate to leave negative reviews, but this dealership earned it. I'm not local either, about 5 hrs away. Found a 2015 Lexus online through TrueCar. The dealership worked with us on a deal and banks, that's the positive. Took over a week for the bank to verify everything, a first for me. Dealership sent me a carfax and pictures, but never disclosed how bad the front end of the car was. Now, its partially my fault for trusting them to tell me this upfront since I was out of town, but I'd think a dealership with good reviews would have been upfront. They did disclose the driver seat was ripped and would fix it...if you call this a fix then I'm the President. Pics speak for themselves. Dealership drove the car to me, another positive. Got car and discovered all kinds of issues, to the point I almost sent the car back. Front grill glued on, no passenger inner wheel well liner, front bumper clip broken, etc. Then we got in the car and it had been smoked in, which they claimed had not. Tar build up was everywhere, on the windshield, sunroof, glass, and of course the interior itself. Decided to check things out further, discovered the cabin air filter was never changed, nor the car air filter. I'm very suspicious at this point they never did a car inspection, just washed it and put online. Now I got to order filters and have the interior professionally cleaned. Be forewarned friends, this dealership is devious to make any sale they can. UPDATE: After this review went live the GM asked me to take it down and they will fix the issue if I did so, which I did. I did the dirty work and got them a quote for repair, a quote they didn’t like. At that time things turned nasty with them saying they have video evidence the car was perfect and I’m basically lying. The video is the driver’s walk around at delivery which was a fast walk around not highlighting the damage I found and had shown to the driver. The quote was 3k worth of repair. The dealership is about scamming people. They delivered a car with front end damage, no left wheel fender liner, dirty air filter and cabin air filter, and totally unclean as there was tons of tar build up on everything inside from smokers (which they also denied). Be forewarned friends, these people are scam artists.

Hello, on Thursday 28 of December I contacted them to ask
Hello, on Thursday 28 of December I contacted them to ask several preliminary questions about their 2018 Lexus and AJ was aggravated answering them. I told him before I drive 3hours 38 minutes to Georgia from Knoxville Tn to purchase this that I had 3-4 more questions and I asked him if he had time right then to answer them to which his reply was a stern NO! He paused then asked if he could Call me back in which I said yes. Did not call back so I contacted the Lexus dealer in Atlanta and went there on December 29 to purchase one of their Lexus vehicles. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the manner I was treated from Grand Motorcars.

DO NOT BUY HERE
I wish I could give 0 stars. Oz and Victor were clueless on the car I was trying to buy. The one manual key the 2013 car was supposed to come with did not even unlock the vehicle, and they claimed they did not know because they keep all their cars unlocked 24.7. The car had been on the lot for 45 days. Let’s not even start with the fact that they tie in 1000$ of doc fees that are illegal to add if not already included in their listing price online. 250$ just to register a car hahahahaha. They were like children to work with and I left without the car happily, I can spend my money elsewhere no doubt. They try the age old ploy of trying to be nice and friendly to you yet throw a tantrum the second you start to negotiate their ridiculous price. Not to mention the dealership itself was a piece of crap establishment, bathrooms did not have toilet paper, hot water, or paper towels. And there were men employees taking poops (i wish I was joking) in the women’s restroom. CAUTION DO NOT BUY HERE !

Worst company i have seen
I went there looking at a 2021 Ram 3500. Did a test drive and some lights were on. ABS, Check Engine, and the red Brake light. The truck had 4 Bald tires and the two front was cupped bad from not rotating them. I sat down with the sales man and talked over the price. I made a offer to buy the truck and me fix the issues. The sale price that was online was 51k i offered 48k and i would take care of the issues. The sales man took the offer over and came back with 59k on the paperwork and said they would fix all of the issues. On the paperwork was a 4k line for the repairs. I told the sales guy i am not paying to fix the truck that i am trying to buy and walked out. I another sales guy followed me out and blocked my car from leaving while he was trying to talk me into coming back in. I thought that was the end but no.... I have recived calls and text daily from them. I keep blocking numbers and they keep calling. I have cussed them out i have told them to leave me alone. I have advised them that i will get a lawyer and sue. They will no stop calling. I Bought a truck at another dealer the next day. I would advised never and i mean never deal with these people.
