Your service department really did exceed my expectations. I always get good service from you but yesterday's was the best by far. Got me in same day I called to schedule. Answered all of my questions. Everyone is affable and friendly. In and out in under an hour. Free coffee (fresh) in the waiting area. It just doesn't get any better than that. Thank you for a great experience. The service advisor who did such a great job is listed on the work order as Ken D. Hillyard. Unfortunately he is not listed on the employee list and so I had to put in someone elses name that I had no contact with. Recommend updating your questionnaire. Otherwise great service. Thanks Ken.

I bought my car from the Springfield Jeff Wyler, but I work in Columbus and don't live in Springfield either. It is very difficult for me to get my car to the service department during normal hours. Both Bob Hess and Steve Mougey always go above and beyond to help me get my car in for service, which is greatly appreciated. This last time, my mother took it in for me and they were just as great to her as well. They consistently exceed expectations!

Troy was very willing to work with me to get my purchase with options I wanted. He also went out of his way to satisfy what I wanted as far as after market added options.
