Very satisfied, I felt very listened too, good experience.

Great experience, helpful salesman, no high pressure, very good experience. Salesman honored everything he promised he would have done to the vehicle I had reviewed. I felt he was honest and trustworthy.

Jeff Colburn and his associates come through again

The only place I shop for a vehicle is Jeff Wylers, Springfield, Ohio. Why? The service and respect you get from the staff there is above all the rest in there field. Jeff Colburn got me me what my family needed, I never had a doubt about his abilities. He is a very motivated individual who stays on top of everything. The financial side of the house took care of me in short but understanding order. Matt was very knowledgeable and understanding. Like I said, they are above all the rest when it comes to taking care of your family. I'd give them a 10 any day.

Good Experience

I was in need of replacing a 20 year old daily runner. I called Eddie Tehan to schedule a time to drive a certified used Kia. Eddie Tehan was wonderful. He was prepared to see me at the time set up. Eddie shared a lot of information, took his time to assist me and never rushed me, and even offered some other options to meet my needs. At the end of our appointment, I was buying a brand new Kia. Eddie is very much a car professional. Knowledgeable, customer oriented, low pressure salesman. Eddie always opened the door to assist my wife as she entered each car. Eddie took us through the dealership, so that we could see for ourselves how the dealership was set up and operated. When we took delivery of the new Kia, everyone was very friendly. Melissa Loney handled our financing, Brigette Turner provided our new car orientation. As we left, we truly felt like family. If you are looking for a great car buying experience and a top notch salesman, go see Eddie Tehan at Wylers in Springfield!
