I am not going to write some long explaintion let just say that people don't need to be told that. "you were told this before" when they declined service that may have been done somewhere else.

Came in for 150k check up and oil change. Brian and Jeff took care of me as always. Since I work remote I normally work from the waiting room while getting serviced. They even offered their lunch room / waiting area to me to work from since its not so darn sunny.

Dropped my truck off as scheduled and received a call at the scheduled delivery time...the oil change was completed ahead of schedule. I was contacted and was able to get the truck back sooner. Great customer service...exactly the reason I keep coming back.

Russ Heaton is the BEST ! Very helpful and answers questions in a timely manner. His experience is very good and he knows what he's doing ! Thank you Russ !

The service team at Jeff Wyler chevy are top notch. they make the whole hassle of having your car serviced..a none hassle. Friendly staff who are upfront about cost and services they provide.

Staff was rude and uncaring, dropped off my car only to see them roll the window down in the rain, Spoke to Jeff Hawkin (service Manager) and was advised my appointment at 10:00 was to meet with him not when the car gets serviced. simple oil change should not have taken 6 hours.

Everything went so smooth, everyone was so nice and helpful. It was fast too very clean and welcoming definitely recommend to everyone. They had hot chocolate I appreciate it that most only have coffee.

They did fast and efficient service. Missed a cracked right rear wheel but was inside and not easily seen. Replacement wheel was purchased at NTB and accident averted.

I took my van in for a recall. The girl at the desk was very nice. What I loved most was the shuttle service. Sonny is amazing! He was so kind. He should get a raise! It was nice to meet someone like him.

Personnel always friendly and helpful. Always on time when schedule appointment. Brian Sagraves was gentleman who took care of our vehicle. All of them in the Chevrolet service center are very courteous and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone.
