Trying to assure my Highlander lasts forever, I have all service performed at Jeff Wyler. I’m always able to schedule to fit my schedule. I have total confidence in their work and parts. Even buy tires there as prices are comparable to local tire dealers. In and out timely. Very friendly personnel and comfortable waiting area.

2013 Kia Optima experience

Toyota service dept a pleasant experience, again
Brought my 7 year old, 50K mile, Scion xB in for oil & filter, tire rotation - and asked that the brakes be checked for wear. I could get 5 free oil changes from a local tire shop in Springfield - but they've lost my business because they habitually use these "free" visits as opportunities to come at the customers in the waiting room with the "clip-board" of repairs needed. I'd rather pay J.W. $40 for my oil changes, without the shenanigans. Asking a shop to "check my brakes for replacement needed" would usually be a worrisome experience at many shops. But the J.W. Toyota serv. writer came back with a chart showing that my brakes have plenty of life remaining - they found a screw in my leaking tire, patched it properly and got me out the door in a very reasonable length of time. What a pleasant experience! (might lower the volume on the waiting room TV )

2013 Kia Optima experience
Took Optime to dealer with bad battery and bad cruise control switch on steering wheel. Nearly $670 dollars and one week later had both installed. We bought an extended warranty in 2012 when we bought the Optima. Was told warranty had expired. Looked it up at home, it was not expired, and now have to call the warranty company to get the labor and switch cost back. Was told that new computer system did not show extended warranty. Melissa, service manager, was very helpful.

I love coming to the chevy lot to get my car fixed in anyway possible I had a wreck last month and they fixed my car in a good amount of time and did great on it and I just had a recall done on it and it only took them an hour to complete it I love this plave they always help and they always do it with a smile no attitudes here which is awesome

I brought my Jeep in for its 60K service. There were...
I brought my Jeep in for its 60K service. There were multiple services that were scheduled to be performed and I had initially been told that it may not be done until around 5. It was finished around 2:30. When I started her up it felt like I was driving it off the lot for the first time. They had changed all fluids so I think that had something to do with it. My tires had also been rotated too. Everything felt nice and responsive. It’s all ready for my next big trip!

Oil change and check up.
Great service and polite service guy. I have had my car for about a year and a half and only have under 1400 miles on it. So I only need an oil change once a year.
