I brought my Jeep in for its 60K service. There were multiple services that were scheduled to be performed and I had initially been told that it may not be done until around 5. It was finished around 2:30. When I started her up it felt like I was driving it off the lot for the first time. They had changed all fluids so I think that had something to do with it. My tires had also been rotated too. Everything felt nice and responsive. It’s all ready for my next big trip!

Oil change and check up.
Great service and polite service guy. I have had my car for about a year and a half and only have under 1400 miles on it. So I only need an oil change once a year.

oil change
Came in for 150k check up and oil change. Brian and Jeff took care of me as always. Since I work remote I normally work from the waiting room while getting serviced. They even offered their lunch room / waiting area to me to work from since its not so darn sunny.

Great service and Wyler Care
Dropped my truck off as scheduled and received a call at the scheduled delivery time...the oil change was completed ahead of schedule. I was contacted and was able to get the truck back sooner. Great customer service...exactly the reason I keep coming back.

Horrible!!
Staff was rude and uncaring, dropped off my car only to see them roll the window down in the rain, Spoke to Jeff Hawkin (service Manager) and was advised my appointment at 10:00 was to meet with him not when the car gets serviced. simple oil change should not have taken 6 hours.

AMAZING!!
Everything went so smooth, everyone was so nice and helpful. It was fast too very clean and welcoming definitely recommend to everyone. They had hot chocolate I appreciate it that most only have coffee.
