fast and efficient

They did fast and efficient service. Missed a cracked right rear wheel but was inside and not easily seen. Replacement wheel was purchased at NTB and accident averted.

Great service!

I took my van in for a recall. The girl at the desk was very nice. What I loved most was the shuttle service. Sonny is amazing! He was so kind. He should get a raise! It was nice to meet someone like him.

Routine check-up

Personnel always friendly and helpful. Always on time when schedule appointment. Brian Sagraves was gentleman who took care of our vehicle. All of them in the Chevrolet service center are very courteous and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone.

Went in for recalls airbag light still on

Air bag light still on. Says will cost 150.00 to turn off. This was one of the recalls ridiculous. Not good service at all

Great, friendly staff.

Great, friendly staff. Quick, excellent service. Very happy with my experience at this dealership. I was treated with respect, and dignity. That is hard to find these days. Tassha made me feel very important, and at ease, with the service being done to my vehicle. I will absolutely return to this dealership in the future. Thank you for everything.

Feedback survey

Mr. Loney the sales representative was very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us with the purchase of our vehicle. We were told the vehicle would be detailed and ready for pickup the following morning around 10:00am, but arriving at around 1:00pm it was not cleaned we had to wait for it to be detailed. We only received one key for the vehicle and was promised a second one which took awhile to receive and was told it was a courtesy to get a second key. We have bought vehicles before and have always gotten two keys at the time of purchase. Also we were promised a touch up paint tube to get some scratches on the vehicle filled in which was supposed to be in about a week or so but only received it when we came to have the second key programmed and I had to check with the parts department which had no knowledge that the paint was ordered, but the representative was very helpful in obtaining it for me and instruct mehow to apply it to the scratches. we received it over a month later when we came to have the second key programmed.

Great Service!

Jeff Wyler treated us with respect and courtesy. It was my sons first car, and they walked him through every step, even though I was there, they took care of him! The salesman was confident and knowledgeable. Great friendly service with a smile!

They get the job done!

I dropped my SUV off for service and next thing you know, it’s done! No need to drop it off at least for me because once I get home it’s usually done. They get the job done and they perform great work!
