Misleading
I was told two different prices and neither one was right. I was charged 250 more than expected. I paid 330 in labor and only 186 in parts. Morgan is who I spoke with when I asked about prices and to set up my appointment. Matt is who my wife talked too and he never mentioned anything about the 330 in labor either. This is sad and ridiculous. then Matt tried to lie and said he did which he didn’t. So sad. Matt also tried to get rude with me when I explained to him. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to Jeff Wyler to get there car serviced by these people.

Friendly, helpful, professional
Scott and Dave helped me to get a new car. Something I've struggled with for a few years. They even stayed later to make sure I was able to drive off that day! I recently went in for my first oil change and the service desk employees were very nice. The oil change didn't take long at all to do either, which was great!

Have a problem with a factory recall.
A factory recall was completed some time ago and it has a problem. I have brought it to your attention on a prior visit but nothing was ever done to even check it out. Now the person that was helping me told me that to check it out would cost me. I am a senior on a fixed income and if I half to pay to get it checked out it will not be at your place of business. As long as I have to pay, it will be at a diff6 Dodge dealer.
