The person who serviced my vehicle was great - but the customer service from the other reps is mediocre. A customer shouldn’t have to pull up and watch three coworkers talk and laugh and leave the client there for 15 minutes. For no reason should I have to exit my vehicle to get your employees to do their job. But no complaints for Samuel - he was fantastic.

They will rush you and lie to you just to make a sale. I purchased a truck bed liner as part of the sale. I was expecting a Mopar part but got some cheap made in china brand bed liner. They told me the car I had was equips with the hurricane engine, but it actually had the Pentastar. I would never recommend buying anything from these dirtbags.

They provided excellent service. The only thing they need to do is verify on each visit whether the customer has an extended warranty or not before telling them they have to pay for something that the warranty covers.

Nick always has great communication and gets me an appointment ASAP. He goes above and beyond every visit and makes sure I’m updated while I wait and he doesn’t keep me waiting long. He’s the best! I’ll keep coming back for him.
