Terrible communication. Auto generated emails don’t actually make the service appointment confirmed: went in before work had to come back because no appoint was showing in the system, then was told not all the parts were in. Then I was told the parts are in then I get there, get a rental car, three days pass then was told it was the wrong parts. Then I had to drop off the rental car again all before work. Still waiting for the parts. Would you recommend this service???

All was great. Right from the moment I arrived. A gentleman (unfortunately I forgot his name) welcomed me and then asked Aasiyah to take care of me. Aaaiyah was awesome and I will always ask for her. Thank you for a great service experience.

How would you rate I have two case numbers going against them because they had my car for 48 days. I had to tow my car out of there to get it running. It's still not complete. I was waiting for them to call me when the parts got there. ?
