I just have my car serviced yesterday (Invoice No. CHCS139108) and I was told by the service advisor (Rudy H.) that a 3% fee will be charged if using a credit card after I spend over $1,000. That’s ridiculous and very petty of your dealership. You lost my business and a long time customer. I will not recommend this dealership to any friends or family. Charging credit card fee is not a standard practice and you will loose a lots of customers because of it.

Trying to reach out for the service advisor was a
Trying to reach out for the service advisor was a mission. To begin with, he wrote on a post it that his name was Jesse. I called the following day to find out about my vehicle and nobody knew who Jesse was. It took me 4 days to figure it out that Jesse was not the name that people knew him by. It was Juan. To have a battery replaced that he said it was going to be fast 4 hours the most.
