New car purchased steering wheel was crooked dealership tried to tell me that I needed to drive 1,000 miles before steering would correct itself trash explanation I insisted that alignment was done and vehicle steering was corrected at that time dealership threatened me that they will be unable to do any future alignments because I did not wait 1,000 miles for steering to correct itself

The oil change service was completed in a timely manner.

The oil change service was completed in a timely manner. I didn't receive the video feedback on my phone, but I did receive it via email. The service agent was not pleasant upon my arrival but later apologized for his unpleasantness. I wasn't happy about the price I had to pay for an oil change. I am glad my visit was not stressful like in the past.

Larry was attentive in the sale arrangements.

Larry was attentive in the sale arrangements. Manager whom made final decision was in back office and attempted to take advantage on financing so not straight forward. Once purchased the car was not detailed at all. Left sunglasses behind in my trade in vehicle and never recovered. Not unsatisfied but have had better experiences by other dealers. Arrigo just happened to have the exact car I was looking for.

I feel as if I was played with around when it came to

I feel as if I was played with around when it came to pricing. I found the car the day before for 4k less and the day I arrived to get the car the priced increased with the explanation of " price fluctuates daily with used cars". also I was supposed to hear back about clips for the bumper of my car and I have reached out multiple times and no one gets back to me.
