Brought a car can’t get title. Salvaged air bags med. Not good business Cash for car. No wsy

I’m very pleased with my experience at Auto Choice. I originally purchased a Subaru Outback from them four years ago and put over 100,000 miles on it without any major issues—it was a fantastic car. When it came time to trade it in, they offered me an excellent trade-in value, and I was able to purchase an almost-new 2024 Subaru Legacy with less than 5,000 miles on it. That I appreciate most about Auto Choice is their honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. I worked with Steve and Tony—both were extremely helpful, straightforward, and a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be back in a few years for my next upgrade. Thank you, guys!

Complete waste of time. All of their vehicles have rebuilt titles—they fix them up in the shop and flip them on the lot. I asked to test drive one, and Alex said I needed to show proof of funds first. He walked inside like he was getting the key, but never came back out. When I went in to follow up, he just started talking about the price. I asked to see the car’s history and a list of what they’d done to it, and he said only a manager could provide that. I wasn’t about to talk numbers without at least driving it or confirming there were no warning lights on the dash. They didn’t take me seriously at all, and Alex didn’t seem interested in selling the car in the first place.

Shady as heck I called and inquired about a car and was told “All maintenance down” “Could I have a list and carfax?” “No list. It’s all internal” “So, you have no list of the work that was needed/completed and no carfax?” “No, but it passed inspection” Don’t go here.

No hard deals and tricky deals strategies. Great experience on buying a used car! I have purchased numerous cars and this has been the simplest purchase of all time. Begin forward transaction. The Customer care was a 10+ encounter, continuously getting my questions responded to and follow up was 100 percent which is by all accounts non existent from different dealerships. Not exclusively will I just purchase from Auto Choice later on, I'm as of now recommending them to everybody!

I really enjoyed in my vehicle purchasing experience at Auto Choice and explicitly with Alex. He was incredibly useful, responsive, didn't mess around or pressure me at all, and was by and large a delight to work with.

They were all very attentive, reasonable, and not pushy. They gave me as much space to consider and also being transparent about the price. The purchasing process was very quick and smooth since they have a well-organized system in place. Making a purchase wasn't what I planned before visit Auto Choice but I ended up driving away with the car I love.

The staff at Auto Choice made the car purchasing experience at ease. Prior to the visit, I made an appointment with them and informed them of the car I would like to test drive with. Upon arrival, Alex and another team member quickly got the car all set up and I was off to some test driving. Recommended.
