Mike W. informed me that I had a flush done within the past 12 months (which I totally forgot about), and that it was not necessary at this time. Tim Ferrin was extremely pleasant and helpful when I arrived on a rainy night to get an oil change on my Jeep. When the work was done, he personally came to the lounge to tell me and even pulled the car into the garage so I wouldn't have to go out into the rain. As always, top notch service at Shuman.
