Great Dodge Journey GT Experience

I had a super experience at Shuman's Deslership. My Sales Consultant Kurt Daehnert was extremely knowledgeable. He really listened to what I was looking for and recommended the best vehicle to meet my needs. Chris was very helpful in the Finance Department. He clarified any questions presented. excellent - answered all my questions

John Ormsbee was very helpful in my search for the right vechical. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I am very pleased with the jeep Cherokee I purchased. Would recommend John to anybody that is looking for a car!

Journey lease

Great sales associate Kurt Daehnert. This was our first lease and he explained everything clearly. Great experience. Made us feel very comfortable with no pressure. Chris in Finance was also very easy to work with.

Best Experience

We found this car buying experience the best we ever experienced. Our salesman (Nick Dalsasso) was right on top of things, he was well informed and efficient. The process was smooth and quick. He worked to get us the best deal that worked for us.

excellent service

I am a 65 year old woman. I went to Shuman without my husband. I was treated with respect and not looked at like I didn't know anything about purchasing a new vehicle.I bought a 2017 Pacifica. My salesman, John Ormsbee was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained the differences between the packages with each vehicle. I learned how the options worked and he made me feel comfortable with the operation of my van. Everything was very satisfactory and I am very happy with my Pacifica. Just to say, also, I traded in a 2004 Town and Country van with 185,000 miles, which I also purchased from Shuman in 2004.

Exceptional experience

I walked in and spoke to a gentleman named Nick Dalsasso. He was extremely helpful in showing me around and taking the time to help me figure out what I was looking for (I wasn’t sure what I wanted). Nick was very professional and at the same time very personable, wasn’t pushy just very accommodating. I ended up getting my dream car and Nick made it possible by searching the best deals for me.
