Awesome

Chris Graham in customer service was excellent He got me a car while my car was being fixed for the recall problem. He was very good at follow up as to when the car would be done

Awesome experience from start to finish!!

Great service dept

Transmission service

i had an issue with my transmission. I called the dealership and they were able to instruct me on how to resolve the immediate issue. Upon arrival to the service area (which was around 4:30 pm) as assessment was done and a technician contacted (Joe Vella). I was advised tha Joe said he would stay late to get the work done. Thank you to all who assisted me that day, especially Joe.

The visit for brake service and a recall was made easy by Mike Weinstein, Eric K. and Derek. Mike had the rental ready, Derek had the parts and Eric did a great install on the rotors & brake pads.

Very helpful

Lots of Work Needed

My Jeep was in the Shop for a few months. One because it was hard to pinpoint the exact issue, it has many! Two, the dealer was kind enough to understand money is tight so we needed time to get the money for the repairs. And I also gave permission to let them put orders ahead of mine. However, they worked with me with cost and answered all of my questions. I am still having issues with the Jeep and Pray that after all of this it all works out and the Jeep, I pray will be a reliable vehicle someday.

Amazing Experience

Mike helped from start to finish and provided excellent support. We went above and beyond to make sure I understood every detail with the issues of my vehicle. I forgot my house key on the key-ring I gave the dealership and he stayed open late to return the key to me.
