The best dealership in Michigan

The used car dept. is super Sarge is the best. will buy more cars ! Very easy going, and knows the vehicles Have a large selection of used cars

Fast and Easy!

Amy made the leasing process so easy! I was in a time crunch for a new lease, Amy not only got me a car in the nick of time, she got me the car that I wanted... color and all! She kept in constant communication with me and was so knowledgeable! Love my new Jeep!

Great Service Department

Shuman Chrysler has made us very happy once again. We had a dead battery in our Pacifica. They gave us all the contact information about how to contact Chrysler (which we have done) to be reimbursed since we had to buy a new battery on our trip up north on a Saturday afternoon. Chris is Parts gave me phone numbers of places near us when we had the problem. He saved our vacation. After we returned we had Mike Weinstein and Tyler H in the Service Department check over our Pacifica to make sure everything was in tip top shape. It was. I was in and out in less than an hour and that included a car wash! We really like that car wash...

It's no surprise to me why Shuman is the Biggest and best Chrysler/Jeep/Ram dealership in Walled Lake. I keep coming back because of their knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. It was THE best experience I have ever had there.

Service Department Performance

The service department has taken great care of my Durango. I have never made a point of going back to a dealership for service. With the way I am treated at this service department, I make a point to get all my regular maintenance done here!!
