I had an oil change schedule and was offered a tire rotation based on miles during check in. Later found out the lug nuts were on too tight and they replaced w/ new ones at no cost. During the rotation they also inspected the brakes.

Within minutes of getting the information from Costco, I was already getting a phone call from Nick Dalsasso from Shuman. We discussed the vehicle I wanted and the options I wanted. A short time later, Nick called me back to ask if I had considered the Sterling Edition of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. I didn't know it existed. It is a new package offered on the 2018 Grand Cherokee. It had all of the options I wanted, plus additional features and it as a package was priced a little under what adding the options to a Grand Cherokee Limited would have been. Nick didn't just sell me the car I said I wanted. He saved me a little money and I got a car that is even better! I couldn't be happier! Nick made purchasing our new Grand Cherokee smooth and easy. I couldn't have asked for better service! I had also inquired at a dealership a little closer to my home. The only price difference should have been the Costco discount, but when that dealer gave me his "out the door" price. It was over $2,000 more than Shuman. I know the Costco discount was not worth that much. I will never buy a vehicle from that other dealership. Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has my business from now on!
