Tim Dalsasso is great to work with.
I worked with Tim Dalsasso for the past few months trying to find the car I wanted. I kept changing my mind, and calling dozens of other places trying to find a better deal, but Tim found me the best price and the exact car I wanted. Shuman also went a long way to a dealer in Ohio just to get the car with the description I was looking for. I ended up with a white Dodge Challenger RT and it's amazing! I can't thank Tim enough, and I recommend asking for him if you ever need a car.

Great service!
Went to another dealer they couldn't do the deal. Came to Shuman's deal was done in 20 minutes. Had issue with the car after having it one day the sales manager Steve took care of it. Scott the salesman and Steve the sales manager were great! I would definitely shop with them again.

Excellen t service
I was interested in buying a new vehicle (specifically a truck), Jordan Gray was incredibly helpful and kind in assisting me with this process. He made sure to take his time and explain everything to me in detail. He was patient and made sure I understood him before moving forward. Excellent
I originally purchased my vehicle from Shuman. The experience was fantastic. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The salesperson helped me sift through the vehicle features that were important to me. I drive a lot and he made some suggestions based on my intended use. I have had the car for 3 years now and use the service department for everything including oil changes. Mike and Joe run a great shop and are also very professional. This last minute visit, I wanted to drop off the vehicle before a short trip. They were very accommodating and got my Jeep back on time! Keep up the great work!

Service Experience
Took my car in for routine maintenance. Dean Decker was my service adviser and everything was very satisfactory. He was polite, courteous, and my car was ready in the time I was promised while I waited. I will definitely return to Shuman Chrysler for service again on my 300C.
