Dean Decker took very good care of me.

Tire Repair

I always have a great experience at Schuman in regards to everything from Sales to Service. I come on my lunch hour to have my service completed and they are able to have me completed within the hour. Everyone is very friendly and I would highly recommend this dealership!!

good service

I had an appointment for an oil change at 2pm, but came in an hour early to drop the car off. Even though the service department was busy, they were able to service my car and have me in and out before my appointment time of 2pm. Kyle Kauffman was the service attendant and he provided excellent customer service.

Way to go

I have been looking for a new car for months. Luckily I had a spare vehicle that I could drive until I found what I wanted. I went to many dealerships that were typical. They wanted to tell me what I should get, what's the "best fit for me", why I should get it and add things on I didn't need or want. Then I went to Schuman's and met Kurt. There was no pressure to get me into a vehicle. He wanted to know what I wanted, not he was selling that day. That was refreshing! He went out of his way to helped me find my car that I am extremely happy with!

Cherokee Latitude 2017 purchase

From vehicle selection to financing options, everyone we dealt with at Shuman was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Since my first introduction to sales consultant Amy Luoma a year before my lease vehicle was due for turn-in, she diligently followed up with me and provided us with any information we requested, without being "pushy." As the date approached to turn in and replace my vehicle, the entire team at Shuman pitched in to help us evaluate our choices and make our final decisions. Contacted dealer by email.I looked at numerous cars & numerous dealers.Didnt have time to look at cars in person.Most internet shoppers are not taken seriously in my opinion.I found the process very frustrating until I was contacted by Garret. Sales representative experience

I worked with Nick Dalsasso. this time. Had nothing but an excellent experience with him. Would highly recommend to anybody. My goal was to establish a relationship with him after our previous sales rep Jeremy was promoted.to a management position and we wanted someone with similar personality and " sales style". Nick was easy to talk to, listed to our needs, and most importantly, was not aggressive in his sales approach. He responded to our inquiry within minutes, delivered everything on time.
