"Outstanding help and support"
John met us at the door and went over the Pacifica features we were interested in having. He found a vehicle in inventory that met our color and feature requirements. He professionally presented the lease package, coordinated the financing, licensing and carefully explained all of the vehicle features. Very pleasant, helpful and made us feel comfortable.

Leased a new Pacifica
We leased our fifth van from Shuman last month and had another great experience! Justin Davis helped us initially (as he has in recent past), but since he has been promoted to the Finance Department, he then introduced us to Mike Yezak in Sales. Both of them worked to ensure that we were able to get the vehicle we wanted at a fantastic price. Also, Mike did a super job explaining all the features of our new van. Overall, we're very happy!

Love the no pressure sale.
John greeted us when we arrived and answered all questions about vehicle. He had found the car we wanted eithin a few days, had it delivered and we picked up the next day. Staff is friendly and there is no pressure to buy vehicle or exyra protection.
