Good experience on a lease

Good experience on a lease for a 2018 Pacifica. Mike Yezak was a great listener and problem solver for our vehicle needs. The finance guy (forgot his name), was awesome too. Thanks guys!

Great Dealer

The Shuman dealership did an outstanding job of getting the deal done when no one else could. They worked with us to achieve a monthly payment that was affordable. Our Sales Associate Garret was great at dealing with all the obstacles that came up along the way.

Excellent service and work done when said it would be.

Had an emergency and service department was very accommodating. They let me know up front how long it would take and got my car in the same day. Was completed next mornong. Would recommend anyone to talk to Shuman.

Great Experience!

I am highly satisfied with this purchased. I was able to work with Leo through email. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote online, so once I got to the dealership my vehicle was ready for me! I took it home in almost an hour!

Wonderful

From start to finish our entire experience with this dealership was just wonderful. Tim was fantastic with all our questions and back n forth. He was very accommodating and made everything work for us. The entire team worked hard to help get us the vehicle we wanted at the price we needed to be at, they even got us just under our top price.

Replaced headlight

Took my Jeep Wrangler in at noon and the job was completed within 15 minutes, no muss/no fuss. And they washed my car, too! Bonus!! Thanks to Tim Ferrin for a quick and easy fix!!

Service Department is ruining this business.

I am amazed at how inept the service department is about the relationship between sales and service. In this day and age when businesses are losing customers to the internet, one last opportunity to secure future business is through face to face interaction. This does not exist at Shuman. Not only do they fail to seize opportunity they shrug their responsibilities to existing customers. Since I did not lease the vehicle at this dealership but clearly have expressed an interest in doing so you would think they would recognize a future lease...especially when mine is up in 5 months. This makes no sense to me but I am not the owner nor manager here, so I can only share my experience. I have been dealing with DEAN in the service department who has done everything possible to dodge (no pun intended) to shirk responsibility for Chrysler. Whether Chrysler or me have to pay for a repair I would think you would make some attempt to explore options rather than fleece the customers for the highest out of pocket cost. My case: alternator failed which is a common problem after ?limited? research in 2011-2014 Durangos. Mine is a 2015, which prompted me to call Chrysler myself after DEAN presented an almost $1000 cost to repair plus rental. After explaining the issue with Chrysler I asked ?is it possible that some of the 2015?s received the same RECALLED alternator?. Susan an Chrysler agreed and called the dealership to rectify the problem. End result, $100 out of pocket, car fixed and rental paid. Now I have returned for another issue with the engine immediately after SHUMAN repaired the alternator. They haven?t even closed my last issue out at Chrysler and mailed my rental reimbursement check and DEAN is attempting to charge me for a rental and $110 to look at it! It?s as if he has no memory of what just occurred and his personal conversation with Susan at Chrysler. I explained all of this once again and he had the audacity to hide behind policy without even attempting to ask a supervisor. I asked him if he could talk to Susan again who was still holding the last work order open pending the outcome. He said he did not have her number??? I am amazed at the stupidity of his response! How can you not when she authorized $1000 in repairs and you spoke to her personally? The information has to be contained in the record otherwise Shuman wouldn?t have gotten paid. I am at a complete loss of understanding with DEAN and the handling by SHUMAN over this. 1) opportunity lost for a future lease 2) dodging responsibility 3) lack of initiative ...and people wonder why they?re losing business... jeep experience

I drove out of my way for this dealership and was glad I did. They were very friendly and not pushy at all when it came to what I was interested and wanted to look at. They were very competitive with pricing and flexible with my busy schedule. They were great to work with and I plan on working with Jordan for future vehicles.
