I was in the market for a new vehicle, and I went to two dealerships. I ended up leasing my new car through Shuman in walled lake because the experience I had was perfect. My salesman John Xia was very patient and did everything to make sure I was happy. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I love my new car and I will definitely recommend you guys.

Good experience working with Tim at Shuman. He worked hard to find the car we wanted with the specs and price that worked for us. I would recommend Shuman, but you should be aware they're not on commission. This is nice because you won't be pressured, but it also means they're not as eager to make you a good deal..even at the end of a model year I found that there was really no opening to negotiate. The price was what it was. It worked for us in the end so I didn't push, but was a little disappointed that I couldn't get to a point where I felt like I was 'getting a deal'.

Bought a 2016 1500 from him. He made it very simple. In and out the door. Called me at 9 in Tuesday, got an appointment at 9:30 am that next morning, he had the truck ready to go, and made working with Shuman so much easier. And Steve Smith was great on financing, got me approved fast. I was out of the dealership by 12 that same day with a brand new truck! Glad my other deal fell through because the dealership sold a car out from under me so I could get this truck!
