The reason we chose Shuman over the other dealership we had went to previously was because of the superb and great experience we had with the car salesman, Ross Coppersmith. Ross was very good with my son and husband and had a lot of patience and followed up with me regularly while were still deciding on what vehicle to lease for my son. Ross was very accommodating and it was because of him on why we leased the car through Shuman.

The entire experience in leasing a new Dodge Charger was efficient, smooth, and enjoyable in all respects. We found a car in stock that matched our requirements and were able to test drive it before leasing it. This dealership is highly recommended.

My sister had bought a car here and highly recommended it. We were casually looking one Saturday knowing we needed to find a new car within the next 30 days. We went in and were greeted right away. They had a salesman, John Ormsbee help us right away. He started with questions on what we were looking for and was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds. Within 30 minutes we felt so comfortable with him that we put a deposit down for him to find us just the right Jeep. Because they don’t work on commission, we never felt he was trying to push us one way or another to benefit himself. Within a couple days we had agreed on a Jeep and a price that I thought was more than reasonable. He was easy to communicate with and let me know everything I needed well in advance. That way when we went to pick up the Jeep all of our paperwork was complete. The process of delivery took only about an hour. The Jeep was full of gas and in perfect condition. The Finanace manager was great and they have really cool technology to make the paperwork less daunting. I would highly recommend this Dealer. We will definitely be going back for future purchases!
