Quick and Efficient
We had a problem with our blinker not shutting off. Mike Weinstein squeezed us in, they ordered the part, and we got it fixed right away.

New Lease
At first this dealer came in high with their lease offer, so when I went to other dealers to get a better deal I went back to them with the best offer I had and then they were able to come down a little to beat It. I did end up going with them since It was the best price, but my concern is had I not shopped around I could have been stuck with a much higher lease payment. I guess this would be the same for any dealer, they always start off high. Do your homework and shop around.

New Car Purchase
I just picked up my 2018 Compass yesterday, it was a great experience. Tim Dalsasso was very knowledgeable and great at helping me pick out the vehicle that was best for me. This is the 7th Jeep that I have purchased from Shuman and would never consider going anywhere else! Great sales Person

Excellent service
I came by the Shuman service department to address a tire issue. I was promptly greeted and all details of service were cared for in an exemplary manner. Tim Ferrin was extremely friendly and took care of every aspect of my vehicles service. The sevice tech, Kyle Kauffman, did an outstanding job fixing my tire. Also, the service advisor Chris was incredibly helpful as well. I'll be coming to Shuman for all of my service needs from now on.
