I think you have a lot of great people working at Gladstone Toyota. I had no problems buying the car I wanted. However, before I took possession of the car I asked for the chip in the windshield to be repaired and asked that they clean the inside of the windshield. Neither was done. I had to make an appointment and come later to get the chip fixed. The car looked great on the outside and except for the unclean windows, I am very happy with my purchase.
