Slightly less sleazy salespeople here than normal. Still, way overcharging (way above MSRP) for cars. Becka was patient and cool though.

Eric was extremely informed and pleasant to work with. He stayed very late to make sure we were well cared for.

Made me want to spend my money elsewhere seemed like no one besides Maricela wanted to sell me a car was honestly surprised when the finance lady scoffed at me for paying with cash only reason I followed through with my purchase was because Maricela was super helpful she should be training the rest of your sales team.

It has been a couple of months since I purchased my RAV4 and I am still very happy with it. Wendal Evans was amazing and I never felt pushed into the purchase. He is down to earth, funny and honest. Most of the time I felt like I needed a shower after visiting a dealership but not here. I would absolutely recommend Wendal if you are looking for a car at Gladstone Toyota. Buying a used car today is a challenge. Finding a quality car, at the right price even bigger challenge. Really appreciate all the documentation we were given about the vehicle and also details on the fair pricing. Overall was very pleased with the simplicity and speed of the purchase. My wife and I had checked out vehicles at a few other dealerships, and felt that other dealerships were pushing to get a vehicle sold regardless of quality or fit.

Maricela is awesome! I have switched to buying cars over the internet via email and text. I have been looking for 4Runner but could not find one and settled on a Tacoma. Maricela was very responsive and had a high level of costumer service through the whole process to complete the deal. The level of engagement over text and email was much appreciated.
