I wanted my oil changed!!2hrs later had to find out where my truck was...Was told they rotated the tires only.......The recite was not in my name but my husbands who has nothing to do with the truck I asked them to change that they did not....So no oil change 2 hrs later..I am not very satisfied with Toyota at all!!!!!!!!And I had a appointment early in the morning. What a joke.......
