My wife and I had a great experience with Eric Kalik at Toyota of Gladstone. We felt genuine caring respect and friendliness from Eric. He really cared for us as customers. There was no pressure. He patiently worked with us to locate and order our new Camry Nightshade while it was still "in-transit". We will return to Toyota of Gladstone and, hopefully, Eric next time we need a new car.

We started communicating with Becka through email and phone as she looked for the specific car we wanted. She found one in their May delivery, and we were able to reserve it very smoothly. The car was waiting for us in the showroom, and Becka managed the process with our trade-in and sales contract. She then spent quite a long time going over all of the new features, getting our phones connected, and setting things to our preferences. Then Momo Dem managed the final transaction very smoothly and pleasantly. All in all a great experience!

Bobby is amazing! I spent months researching and talking with different Toyota dealerships in Oregon and Washington to find my perfect car. I actually had a deposit on another Camry at another Toyota dealership, but got a refund because I knew working with Bobby was going to produce results. And I was not disappointed! Great experience, they help you find something that's hopefully in your price range. They work with you and even offered water bottles as it was a hot day.
