Sometimes walking into dealerships can be kind of intimidating but Ricardo made me feel really comfortable and made me feel like I was in good hands. He was super honest and patient when it came to making a decision. I never felt pressured. He answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. As a first time buyer Ricardo made the experience really smooth. I am definitely coming back to him, when my lease is finished. Overall, the staff at Gladstone were super nice, and welcoming.

I first came in there and bought this jeep turns out it leaked badly I had it for three days when I brought it back in the gm gave me his card and said we will take care of this. I went without my car for 10 days came in there distraught after they tried to fix it and failed I brought it back they were still very cool about everything still willing to work it out with no charge to me they gave me a loaner car which is great no charge and worked on it some more after two more weeks they admitted they didn’t have the skill level and could be frame damage they offered to take the car back I was leaving when I saw the Ford explore much newer car two years newer my payments were a little bit more but they really worked with me and got my payments down I got a warranty on it they were really give up I never really gave up I guess on them they were very cool the whole process and everything I appreciate them now I’m driving a nice ride I may suggest check for leakers when you have a panoramic view moonroof always check for leakers but I am overall very pleased with how it turned out little bit a struggle at first but it’s OK now thank you Toyota Gladstone

We had a great experience! All of the folks we talked to were helpful,friendly and had a good level of knowledge about our new car. We felt very comfortable with our trade in, we were offered $2000 more than Lexus offered, this and the extra $1000 we got certainly seemed generous. I would certainly tell our friends and neighbors that you treated us fairly and professionally. Bradley is an excellent salesperson who did not try to sell us any extra options, etc. after we told him what we wanted
