Would definitely return for more car purchases. The salesman Nathan Young was the best! Also very honest, if he didn’t know the answer he found it. Great guy overall.

Very poor and unprofessional service when attempting to
Very poor and unprofessional service when attempting to trade in my current vehicle for a new one. Worked with Miguel R., who at first was great, except for sending me an offer for a vehicle that wasn’t available…even though I indicated it had to be available now! That was of course until I tried to negotiate after being presented an offer that I didn’t find acceptable. Then it all changed!! I had spent a considerable amount of time attempting to explain my situation and why I wanted to trade in my current vehicle in my initial corresondence…however after reviewing the offer and explaining what I was hoping for, he conveniently forgot all the information I already provided and became rude and condescending. I will never know why a simple, “sorry this isn’t going to work”, isn’t acceptable anymore…it seems to always become rude and condescending. As if that is demeanor is going to make me want to continue to work with their dealership!! I suggest in the future you fully consider the information you are provided when trying to make a deal…as to not waste your time as well as your customers. I am an adult…not a child…and can handle the word no! Will never attempt working with them again.

The dealership lived up to its expectation! I called other Toyota dealerships Anna they were the only ones who reached out about ordering a car. Manuel “Manny” Navas is amazing! He is the man to talk to! Very humble, great communicator, efficient and hooked me up with the best deal possible. I wouldn’t be able to the car I wanted without Manny! Again, I definitely recommend going to him if you want a new car! Overall, the team is friendly and easy going!
