Very pleased with my sales specialist Liz and finance manager Kristin! What an awesome team with getting everything set up so I can own the vehicle of my dreams! These 2 folks went above and beyond. I hope that everyone in the future end up getting these two for assistance. If they do I would understand why they would also say that they had a pleasant experience with this Toyota. Not a fan of Charity. Wasn’t pleased with the offer for my trade in that was provided.

Find another place to get your Toyota service.

Find another place to get your Toyota service. Last time in they didn’t finish or maybe start all the service they said they did. Also I asked them to change the wiper blades. It didn’t get done and the service person told to just it at home. Good thing I know how to check under the hood. To find they didn’t complete the service. Always had great service from Mike Hill but he was not at work that day.

This is the second new Highlander we've purchased from Toyota of Gladstone. The first was a 2013 Limited. We knew which features we wanted on the 2022 and Lina was extremely helpful in finding the closest match, put our name on an expected arrival and stayed in contact with us. We are very pleased with the purchase experience! Thank you, Lina.
