We were satisfied with our purchase and Carl was great!

We were satisfied with our purchase and Carl was great! Gladstone was our first stop for car shopping so we left and went to other dealers. We came back to Carl simply because he was so helpful and did not try to push us into something we weren’t comfortable with. We had a great deal and is very happy with our new car! Thank you Carl!

Becka was very helpful in keeping me up-to-date on the

Becka was very helpful in keeping me up-to-date on the status of my car. While there was a recent policy change to no longer accept cards for full payments, she made sure to find a way to help make sure I could leave with the car and keep my status of paying in full using a backup contract. Communication was through methods within my comfort zone and I was not forced to talk terms over phone calls that could not be easily documented from the customer side. While waiting on us to finish paperwork, she also made sure other customers were taken care of, even making sure they had no other questions before leaving. Overall very professional and helpful.

I was pleased with the efficiency of setting up an appointment to choose my toyota. Eric Kalik has been most helpful through the whole process and my Toyota Rav4 hybrid arrived earlier than expected. Buying the car was a pleasant process which is not always the case.
