I had the absolute worst experience ever at this
I had the absolute worst experience ever at this dealership. I've never felt so disrespected and discriminated like this before. not sure what kind of impression or vibe I gave to the people there but Seth the manager looked down on us, straight up said (not to my face) that we just wanted to leave when I said that I had to go because something came up. I did ask them to email me more info about the cars we're interested in. Excuse me but nobody got time to go to your place just to mess around with you, Seth. I would not have been there if I were not serious. As customers, don't we get to come to you when we need to buy a car. And then isn't it your job to help us find what we're looking for? Well maybe I just don't look like someone who could potentially purchase something at Toyota Gladstone to Seth the manager then. Anyway, thanks to Seth, I have decided not to come back. I know you guys probably do not even care if you lose a customer or two, especially right now so my comments here won't even mean anything, and probably won't go anywhere. Since I already wasted my time there, and then wasted some more listening to Seth (who just wanted to talk to me because I asked to leave in the middle of our conversation so that I can take care of my own issue), so why not waste another 5-10 min to write something here.. Don't get me wrong. There are nice people there too, such as the sale rep that helped us during our time there before Seth the manager showed up. I think his name is Ricardo. My apologies if I said your name wrong. I really do appreciate your help. My could have rated 1 star for customer service because of Seth but I'm gonna put down a 2 star because of Ricardo. So far, everyone is great but Seth. But now thank to Seth, I am going to a different dealership tomorrow.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Also cleaned and make sure that we had everything we needed. The process of getting the car from beginning to end was smooth. They made sure they understood what I was looking for and did everything to make sure I got the right car.
