When we brought our Highlander in for service last week and were treated soooo well we knew Gladstone Toyota was where we would buy. My experience at Gladstone Toyota was fantastic. I worked with Ricardo, he is stellar. From the first time we met over email he helped me narrow down my options and what was available. When I couldn't find the perfect car and needed to take a break from looking he didn't bother me or send me too many emails. I could check back in when I needed to. Finally the car showed up in the inventory and he was fast and efficient to get me a test drive, the final numbers and start the process. After I brought the car home I noticed a damage to the windshield and David Elder stepped in to ensure Gladstone would take care of it. All in all this dealership works with the customer and treats you with respect and care. I will be sharing Ricardo and Gladstone Toyota information with friends and family for all their car needs. When I came to Toyota of Gladstone my current vehicle was in bad shape and I had just finished a 12 hour nightshift with 4 more to go for the week. I needed a vehicle that day and was put into a brand new Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport and drove it off the lot to finish my work week. The team worked quickly to get me out of there in a timely manner so I could get back to work and keep my life moving.

Great customer service. I was pleased with Dusty’s help. The closing agent was a bit too pushy on extended warranty. My husband was not impressed with that.
