Friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful. On time. Comfortable guest lounge. Bath room was clean. Good coffee. Expensive

I found the vehicle I wanted on the lot on a Saturday,

I found the vehicle I wanted on the lot on a Saturday, completed the transaction on Tuesday and picked the car up on Wednesday. Technology in the car is much more advanced than what I was driving so I did needed to return for a second visit to understand features but all concerns were addressed.

Ok let’s start with the fact I’ve purchased over 10

Ok let’s start with the fact I’ve purchased over 10 vehicles from west Herr in the past 10 years… I’ve never been disappointed with the vehicles I’ve purchased until now.. and the fact that the GM @ Acura has ignored me about it.. so I’ve purchased a 2020 gmc Sierra Denali 3L Duramax in September 2023 n within the second month I had it the timing chain blew.. apparently this was the second time! At least that’s what the mechanic said at west Herr… in which they had it for about a month.. then the check engine light came on 3 more times within the next 2 months after that… for a knock sensor… n some other things .. a valve n again they’ve had it for another month. I was told on Friday from my advisor working on the vehicle that the part finally came in and they would work on it Monday… then they were going to drive my vehicle for 200-300 miles and I would have it back on Thursday..well today is Thursday I was suppose to get it back today 4/4/24 but the advisor has not contacted me yet today. the truck is a dud… a lemon… never had I ever had so many problems with a newer vehicle ever.. wish I never bought it… or better yet wish west Herr would make it right for a loyal customer! I should’ve just kept my Acura.
