LIES. STAY AWAY. DONT WASTE TIME.

The bad reviews are 100% correct. Beware of this place. False advertising, bait, and switch. Online they show they have over 35 4Runners in stock and just loads of inventory in general. I drove 1 hour to get there and come to find out they have 0. Not only that, but they markup their cars. I asked in advance if they do that and they said NO in email, but when I get there I find out they do. I ask them why they lie and they just say “it’s to get customers in the door”. Well it’s not right to make someone go out of their way and take 3 hours out of their day just to get them in the door at all costs, a cost to me. Unethical business practices. I will never buy anything from here in the future no matter what and I advise everyone else to not waste your time and do the same. If they lie desperately before you even get there, imagine the shenanigans they pull on you in finance. Stay away from this shady place. I would strongly recommend new management.

Avoid if you can

Worst experience buying a car in my life. Bait and switch, lies, threats, broken promises and wasting time are what we experienced. If we had had other options for the car we wanted, we would have taken them. I don't think they are too different than other dealerships during the pandemic, but they certainly aren't better. I look forward to the day when buying a car did not involve dealing with people like this.

Avoid this salesman named Kyle. He would overpromise you the deal and lie about their inventory to lure you into the buying process. When it's time to close the deal, the promises are no longer on the table anymore. Time wasted.

Kudos to Kelvin Brooks

I had to buy a replacement vehicle when my Toyota Camry couldn?t be saved. I didn?t feel great about having to buy a new car. And I called several Dealerships that weren?t able to work with me. Kelvin Brooks was very accommodating. He found me my perfect car. It?s a 2017 Toyota Corolla. We got the warranty and he made us feel comfortable with our purchase. When we go to upgrade later we are coming back!

I bought a bad-xxx camry

Overall a good experience, the salesman Kelvin Brooks sold his first car to me, a bad-xxx 2021 Toyota camry, which was my first car purchase, I'd recommend checking out Sheehy Toyota of Laurel, MD if you're looking for a new Toyota.

Very unorganized, poor communication

I’ll start off with the good. I like my new Tundra and the deal was okay. My short review: I found I was dealing with a very unorganized company. The deal was anything from hassle-free. If I had it to do over again, I would still go with Toyota, but not with Sheehy Laurel. If you want to know all the ugly details, read on. This is a very accurate review and I have everything to back up my claims. Now the bad. I stopped in for a truck they had supposedly on the lot, but it had sold by the time I got there. They told me they had another coming in, a Limited. I wanted the LDA and moonroof. They called me about a week later and said that it was in. drove 90 minutes, got up there and took a test drive. The truck did not have the LDA. It was cheaper so I thought I could live without the LDA. Spent hours waiting to meet with finance to do paperwork. Then they come out and tell me this truck has already been sold, but they have a Nightshade coming in and they would deliver the truck to me when it came in. So now we wait again for finance. I finally get in. I have been there for five hours so far. I finally get in and the address on the paperwork is wrong. It gets corrected, I sign everything and on my way….but wait, there is more to the story. I get home and review my paperwork and there are still documents with the wrong address. I investigate further and it also has the wrong VIN. The truck finally gets delivered, and I have to sign all new paperwork with the correct VIN and address. Once they made the sale, I could get no one to return my communications. Communication was so bad on their part. No one would ever answer my emails or texts regarding my concerns. After I contacted the New Car Sales Manager, I did get a voice message…three days later. At this point I still had still not received my paperwork, which was promised to me several times during this dreadful process. 40 days after the deal, I still have not heard from the finance company, which Sheehy Laurel told me the finance company would contact me. I finally contacted the bank on my own. I went through a 30 minute process of finding my account and getting logged on, only to find out my payment is now 3 days late. In all my car purchases I never had to contact the finance company. I always received conformation on the account via mail or email. I have excellent credit rating and I did not want this to impact my credit. The finance company assured me that it would not. In closing, if you want a streamlined, hassle-free car purchase….DO NOT GO TO SHEEHY OF laurel, MD.
