Horrible Horrible Horrible.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Management tells you lies and my salesman hasn't been transparent at all. Haven't heard from him in weeks with any sort of updates.

We bought a 2023 Toyota Camry from Antonio C.

We bought a 2023 Toyota Camry from Antonio C. At Sheehy yesterday. We drove 3.5 hours to get the car! It was such a great experience working with him. He made the process very easy and I love my new car!

I reached out to many Toyota dealerships looking to trade

I reached out to many Toyota dealerships looking to trade my car in for a new Toyota. During a time where inventory is very scarce and not finding many dealerships that seemed to care after the initial call and emails, Sam Michael reached out to me. Of many many Toyota transactions, this is by far one of the best experiences I had. Sam was very personable and kept in touch with me almost daily. I could not be more thankful to have met him and to work with him. All of my future transactions with be with Sam and Sam only! I also had the pleasure to work with Mike in Finance. He worked swiftly and was very transparent with me to ensure I got the best financing available. Shawn Olsen and his team at Sheehy is a class act, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future!

Questionable Business Ethics…

Called sales to ask if an advertised MR2 was still available. The sales associate’s first question “are you financing or cash?”; putting aside my disgust, I respond with “all cash”; he puts me on hold, comes back a minute later stating “sorry, an employee just bought it this morning, but is willing to sell to you for all cash if you’re still interested!” - Wow!! Really?? After all that’s going on with inflation, the audacity of Sheehy representatives to price gouge in real time is appalling; let alone the blatant unchecked conflict of interest allowing their sales employees to procure **and** resell PUBLICLY advertised inventory, as PERSONAL vehicles crosses all ethical and moral boundaries. Beyond pitiful business practices.

Don't do what they promice

Terrible service. Sold me a 2021 pickup truck with 7k miles with the console software messed up that I noticed after I drove off the lot. Told me that ford would take care of it. Turns out the part is back-ordered and later found out that the part was already ordered for the truck 2 months before I bought it. That means Sheehy knew or should have known of the defect. Gave me one key and promised to get me another one with 30 days. 2 1/2 months later, 5 calls and conversations with them and still no second key. They don't call you back. Took longer than usual to finish the buying process. Don't check on you at all during it. Shop somewhere else.

Lies and not answer calls back

Promise services so you buy the car but after that they don't even answer your calls. I bought the car without head rest but after 5 months still they don't get those for me.

I had a awesome experience with sheehy especially with Giles Nsengimana, He was on point with every details well explained. Very encouraging, he was not rushing me he took his time and he's a very good listener, because of all this i can recommend sheehy to anyone. Keep up the good job.

Great Experience

Great experience as always when dealing with Sheehy! Kevin Alder (sales) was super to work with. Great communication and great follow up. And Rodney Dennis in finance was great as well. I felt informed and comfortable, and not pressured at all. Highly recommend!
